Shipping, returns and refunds
Order before 3 pm. It leaves Pune the next working day.
Days are the courier's own averages, counted after pickup. The tracking link on WhatsApp is the truth for your parcel. The pin code check at checkout says the day before you pay.
Prepaid only
UPI, card or net banking. No cash on delivery, so no parcel waits at the door for money.
A damaged or wet bar
Send a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days. A person looks at it within 24 hours and sends a new bar from the next pour. Nothing to post back.
A wrong address, or a change of mind
Open Your order from the WhatsApp message: you can change the address or cancel until the label prints. After that, the courier tries the address on the label.
Refunds
A parcel that comes back undelivered, or an order cancelled before it leaves, is refunded in full to the same UPI or card within 5 to 7 working days, with a credit note against your invoice. Soap is a personal-care item: an opened bar cannot be returned.
