What you buy, what you pay, what we promise.

Plain words, the same ones the store uses. The shipping page and the privacy page are part of these terms.

The seller

What you buy

Hand-poured soap, 125 g a bar, with its batch number and use-before date on the box. Prices in rupees, GST included. A price can change; the price you paid stays.

Payment

Prepaid only: UPI, card or net banking through Cashfree. No cash on delivery. The order is confirmed when the payment is.

Delivery

As on the Shipping page. Days are the courier's averages, not a promise; the tracking link is the truth.

Returns and refunds

A damaged or wet bar is replaced on a photo within 7 days. An opened bar cannot be returned. A parcel that comes back undelivered is refunded in full to the same UPI or card in 5 to 7 working days.

Messages

Order, dispatch, arrival, and one reminder before each bar finishes, on WhatsApp. Reply STOP to end them.

The law

Indian law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Pune. Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, for the grievance officer below.
